How does your concrete leveling work?
Our concrete leveling system works by injecting pressurize foam in liquid form under the slab of concrete causing it to rise up to its original position.
If its foam does it go bad or breakdown?
No, this foam is specifically designed for the concrete leveling industry and is a closed-cell product that does not break down over time. Once it is injected under the slab it cures and remains solid from then on.
How do you get the foam under the concrete?
We drill small holes about the size of a dime through the concrete and inject the two-part foam agent through those holes. After the leveling process is complete we seal the holes with a concrete patch permanently.

How long until we can use the repaired concrete surface?
Concrete that has been raised is typically good to use immediately following the leveling service. Since the foam only takes 20 minutes to cure it is safe to use immediately after we finish our work!
Is concrete leveling expensive?
No, typically it costs less than half the cost of replacement to level concrete. The benefit to this too is that if you are just replacing a single slab of concrete among many others it will look different than the rest. Using concrete leveling you will not have a different colored slab so it is more visually appealing.
What causes the concrete to sink?
There are actually a lot of different things that can cause concrete to sink over time. Soil composition, moisture content, tree roots, drainage problems, improperly packed soil during construction, can all be contributing factors.
Some of the causes can be addressed and help prevent future problems others, not so much.
